Food Elimination IS The Most Powerful Medicine! (video)


My experience from more than 30 years of medical practice is that reactions to foods (not allergy per se) are by far the greatest reasons for physical distress.  By doing a simple and disciplined elimination diet (BED) over a 2 week period, and attentive reintroduction, you can discover your food intolerances and eliminate them.
Step 1. Read over the BED Food List and note foods you really crave that are OFF the list.
Step 2. Scratch foods off the list you know you are sensitive to or you eat four or more days per week.
Step 3. Only eat for the next two weeks of this food list which contains foods from all the major food groups (except there are no dairy foods allowed).
Step 4. Be attentive to your body and note any positive (or negative) changes that occur as you progress on the BED diet.
Step 5. After 2 weeks reintroduce the most commonly eaten foods first one day at a time, and note any reactions.
Step 6. Minimally take a daily multivitamin/mineral, vitamin D 5000 IU/d and Culturelle 2/d.
