Salsa and Beans “Snack’n Meal”

The Snack…
1 can organic pinto beans rinsed
1 jar organic red salsa
1 small can sliced black olives
Seasonings: onion and garlic powders, lemon pepper powder, parsley.

Directions: Just mix together in a bowl with onion and garlic powders and lemon pepper the beans, red salsa and sliced black olives. (Could squeeze a lime in it if desired)

…The Meal
1 package broccoli florets cut to bite size
2 ears of corn each broken in half (4 pieces)

Bring both to boil in with water half covering vegetables. Sprinkle rock sea salt, lemon pepper, garlic and onion powders, parsley flakes to taste.

Simmer 2-3 minutes with lids on. Pour vegetable broth off and drink. Can put into bowl the salsa, bean and sliced olive mix and put broccoli florets on top. Eat corn on the cob on the side.
