Toasted Almond Potato Salad with Garbanzo Beans and Onions2015-02-05 Potato Almond Onion Garbanzo Salad
Ingredients:
Half cup roasted salted almonds1 can garbanzo beans
10 small potatoes boiled
1/2 bunch of green onions
1 lemon

Seasonings:
Onion and garlic powders, parsley flakes, cilantro flakes,
lemon pepper, balsamic vinegar, sea salt

Directions:
Boil potatoes for 20-30 minutes. Chop into small cubes. Add
in finely chopped green onions with lemon pepper, salt, onion
and garlic powders, cilantro, parsley with balsamic vinegar
and lemon juice. Season to taste. Can eat immediately or
chill and serve.
