3 Bean & 3 Pepper Avocado Salad
1 small yellow onion1 small yellow pepper
1 small orange pepper
1 small red pepper1 small lemon or lime
1 can cooked pinto beans
1 can cooked garbanzo beans
1 can cooked black beans
2/3 cups chopped black olives
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 small package spicy seaweed
1 bag falafel chips (Famous Falafel Chips)
1 half avocado chopped
1-2 teaspoons pomegranate vinegar
Seasonings:
Onion and garlic powder, lemon pepper, parsley flakes,
Italian seasoning, rock sea salt
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into big bowl with seasonings and stir.
Add seasonings to taste and juices and vinegar for texture.
Serve in bowel or on plate with healthful chips or eat with spoon.
Save in small glass containers for healthful snacks or quick meals.
