Food for the Week – Salads and Home Made Fried Rice (article)

2014-10-19 Salad and Fried Rice

Sunday nights I usually try to prepare food that can be eaten throughout the day. At lunch and maybe on the way home, or before the gym. This week just had the fixins for salads (lettuce, beans, veggies, pumpkin seeds, raisins, pomegranate seeds and lemon or lime juice) and some home made fried rice (mixed veggies, grilled tofu and brown rice).  I am ready to go. This will keep my eating out expenses to a minimum.
