While I am a big fan of the Okinawan Centenarians because they have been studied so well by their government and their birth
dates have been verified, these two videos about Super Centenarians” (older than 110) are very interesting (Bama, China and Spice Mountains, India).

There is no Paleo Diet here or “carb phobia” – self-grown food, vegetables, greens, fruit, corn, rice, herbs – calorie restriction – spirituality, positive attitude, concern about the environment, family, physical labor…
