A little bit of coffee, but several cups of tea per day, green or black WITHOUT DAIRY CREAMER may be the way to go to protect your arteries.Actually decaffeinated coffee appears to be protective. Decaffeinated seems to be better than “leaded” coffee for arterial function….(Yukk!). Take my chances with 1 cup of “leaded” coffee per day!
