Lemony Chickpeas & Kidney Beans with Colored Peppers
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup left over garbanzo and kidney beans
1/2 finely chopped white onion
1/2 cup chopped small yellow, red and orange bell peppers
1/2 cup diced, sliced black olives
1/2 apple chopped
1-2 teaspoons chia seed meal (or seeds)
1 lemon
1 lime
SEASONINGS:
Onion powder, lemon pepper, lemon and herbs, parsley flakes,
sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder
DIRECTIONS:
Chop all ingredients and place in deep bowl with left over
beans with seasonings above and mix. Squeeze in juice of
2 lemons or 1 lime or 1 lemon. Stir and chill in refrigerator.
